Below RM80 - RM7 only
RM80 & Above - Free Shipping

East Malaysia: 3–5 business days

1.01 KG-2 KG = RM 28
2.01 KG-3 KG = RM 40
3.01 KG-4 KG = RM 51
4.01 KG-5 KG = RM 61**

⚠️ Urgent Orders

As all our cookies are freshly baked to order, we are currently unable to accommodate urgent orders or priority shipping requests.. If you need your order by a specific date, please place your order in advance.

❌ Order Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded. As our products are freshly made food items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure all order details are correct before checkout.

🕰 Delivery Delays

We will do our best to prepare and ship your order on time. However, courier delays caused by high parcel volume, weather conditions, or operational issues are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding should any delays occur.

📦 Shipping & Handling

All orders are carefully packed to protect the cookies during transit. If your parcel arrives with visible damage, please take photos or a video and contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you.
