We use the trusted third-party courier service DHL to ship to West Malaysia, and Ninja Van to East Malaysia, to ensure your cookies arrive safely at your doorstep.

West Malaysia
- Below RM80 - RM7 only
- RM80 & Above - Free Shipping
East Malaysia
- 0 -1 KG = RM 15
- 1.01 KG-2 KG = RM 28
- 2.01 KG-3 KG = RM 40
- 3.01 KG-4 KG = RM 51
- 4.01 KG-5 KG = RM 61**

Packaging
All orders are carefully packed using bubble wrap and protective cardboard boxes to reduce the risk of damage during transit.
As our cookies are handmade and delicate in nature, slight cracks or uneven appearances may occur during delivery. These are considered normal variations and do not affect the quality or taste of the product.
Delivery Time
Delivery time is estimated at 3-5 business days for West Malaysia and 5-7 business days for East Malaysia. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking update via WhatsApp or email.
Please note that delivery delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, weather disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once you have received your tracking number via email, you may also track the parcel at the courier's website or the tracking link that will be provided.

- Responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer once the parcel has been handed over to the courier service.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs processing, traffic conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details and contact information provided are accurate and complete.
- Re-delivery fees may apply if delivery fails due to recipient unavailability or incorrect delivery details.
- Delivery coverage areas may change without prior notice. If your location is outside the courier coverage area, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order with prior notification.

Refunds & Damaged Orders
- Due to the nature of our products, all items sold are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- However, if there are issues regarding product quality or incorrect items received, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, together with clear photos or proof of the issue.
- If your order arrives damaged due to issues on our side (excluding damages caused during third-party courier handling), we will review the case accordingly and assist with a suitable resolution where applicable.
- Sale items are strictly non-refundable.
